Data recovery is the process of retrieving data from damaged, failed or infected storage media. Our digital forensic investigators can recover data from storage media such as hard disk drives, CD’s, DVD’s and other electronics as well as retrieve files that have been deleted. We will work with the client to determine how/why the data is missing and to recover and restore the information that has been lost.

Our digital forensic investigators are also capable of recovering/resetting passwords for operating systems, emails, IM’s, etc. so that the protected contents can be accessed. The benefits of a password recovery service include gaining access to a system, helping a user recover a forgotten password, or for preventive measures in order to check for easily accessible passwords. Password recovery can also be used to gain access to digital evidence – ie; where a judge has allowed access, but the file’s access has been restricted.
